Website access and hosting

When you access this website, technically necessary connection data are transmitted to the web server. These include, in particular, your IP address, the date and time, the requested address, the response status, browser and operating system information and, where applicable, the page previously visited. The hosting provider may process this information in access and error logs to provide the website, resolve faults and detect attacks.

The website is provided through enerSpace hosting infrastructure in Germany. Recipients of technical connection data are the service providers engaged for hosting and technical support. This processing serves our legitimate interest in a functional and secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Technical data are required only for as long as necessary to provide the website, analyse errors and investigate security incidents; the relevant technical purpose and any applicable statutory retention obligations determine this period.

No cookies, analytics or advertising services

This website does not set cookies or use Local Storage, visitor analytics, advertising services or tracking services. Images, fonts and scripts are loaded from the same website server. No external videos, maps, social media content or shop functions are embedded. There are no user accounts or contact forms.

Contact by email

An email link opens your email application. A message is sent only when you send it yourself in that application. If you write to us, we process your email address, the information you provide and the content of your message to handle your enquiry. For enquiries relating to a contract or pre-contractual measures, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for other enquiries, it is our legitimate interest in responding under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Providing personal data is voluntary; without a means of contacting you, we may be unable to answer your enquiry. Messages are deleted once processing is complete and further retention is no longer necessary for the matter, for the defence of legal claims or because of statutory obligations. Recipients may include the service providers engaged for email operation and technical support. The responsible provider is a company based in the USA; correspondence addressed to it is handled by that provider.

The shop links lead to HERRY24. The shop is accessed only when you click a link. No shop cookies are loaded here. Processing on the destination website, including its cookies, orders and payments, is governed by that website's privacy information. The same applies to other external links.

Your rights

Where the relevant legal requirements are met, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability (Articles 15–20 GDPR).
